Unable to start SwHTTPServer due to port conflict

Running Microsoft IIS or other applications that require port 80 on the same server as Supportworks will usually result in a conflict that prevents the SwHTTPServer from starting. If IIS isn't installed then try restarting your machine, if IIS is installed then you will need to change the port to an alternative such as 8080. This can be done from:
Program Files\Hornbill\Core Services\SwHttpServer\conf\httpd.conf
Edit the httpd.conf file using notepad. Search for "Listen 80". Change the "Listen 80" to "Listen 8080".
