Resetting Email folder counter in the Supportworks Client

Please follow the below guide in order to reset the mail folder counter.

 1..Edit the following file on the Supportworks server.
 C: /Program Files/Hornbill/Supportworks server/conf/SwServerService.xml (Where C: /Program Files/Hornbill/ is the default installation folder)
 2.. Set the following value to 1.
 <InitFolderUnreadCounts value="1" />


Once you have done this you will need to stop then restart the SwMailService from the Server tab of the Server Configuration utility.
