Change Request Approvals

With Change Requests, at the point of Authorisation and Approval, although a notification is sent out to the authorisers or approvers, in some cases you may have to chase them up to remind them to action the request.
The authorisation is sent ONCE but no further reminders are sent out. In order to send out reminders on a Change Request, go to File > Manage Settings > Process Settings > Change Request > Process Stages > Request Details Settings. In the Reminder Notification and enter the reminder period as well as mailbox and email address values as shown in the image below:
