Setting the Option to Send Customer Surveys to Ticked by Default

In order to achieve this:

1..Right click on the analyst and choose the Properties option
2..Select the Default Settings tab, check 'Send Survey option on by default'.

This should now be enabled when Resolving\Closing calls.
