You do not have permission to edit this page, for the following reason:

The action you have requested is limited to users in one of the groups: Users, Administrators.

You can view and copy the source of this page.

In order to achieve this:

 1..Right click on the analyst and choose the Properties option
 2..Select the Default Settings tab, check 'Send Survey option on by default'.

This should now be enabled when Resolving\Closing calls.

Return to Setting the Option to Send Customer Surveys to Ticked by Default.
