Supportworks ESP v8.3.1 and Supportworks ESP v7.6.2 Service Pack 4

I am delighted to announce the General Availability of Supportworks ESP v8.3.1 and Supportworks ESP v7.6.2 Service Pack 4.

Both of these releases provide a security enhancement in the form of enabling oAuth2 Authentication for Office365 when using the Internet Mail Connector.
