How to update the file attachment size limit
The default size for an email received in SW mailbox is 10MB. This can be configured in the SW Service configuration file
..\Hornbill\Supportworks Server\conf\SwServerService.xml): Look for the following entries:
<Messaging> <MaxUploadFileSize value="10000000"/>
Before making any changes, take a back up of the SwServerService.xml file.
Please note, if you change this to a higher value there is the potential for performance issues when emails containing large attachments are processed by Supportworks.
