- How to update the file attachment size limit**
The default size for an email received in SW mailbox is 10MB. This can be configured in the SW Service configuration file
..\Hornbill\Supportworks Server\conf\SwServerService.xml): Look for the following entries:
<Messaging> <MaxUploadFileSize value="10000000"/>
Before making any changes, take a back up of the SwServerService.xml file.
Please note, if you change this to a higher value there is the potential for performance issues when emails containing large attachments are processed by Supportworks.
