How to Set the Default Mail Origin

They may be a need to change the email address when sending out emails to customers, below are instructions on how to change the email address:


  1. In the Supportworks client go to the main toolbar at the top.
  2. Tools > Options and Settings
  3. Select the Email tab
  4. Under Settings Go to the Default Mail Origin field
  5. From the drop down box you can choose the mailbox box you wish to use.
