How to Modify a Database Column in Supportworks
This document details how to modify a Database Column using the Supportworks Database schema Editor. The example below changes the type of the Opencall.AssignCount column from an Int to a VarChar.
1. Export schema from physical database
Run Supportworks database Schema Editor and from the Database menu select “Export Specification from physical database…” or click the icon. The following screen will appear.
