How to Assign Analyst Rights to Catalogues

  • Log into a Supportworks (full) Client.
  • Go to KnowledgeBase on the Menu Bar at the top.
  • Select Manage KnowledgeBase Catalogues.
  • Highlight the Catalog you need to assign/check rights for.
  • Click on Properties.
  • Click Add.
  • Using the drop down in the AnalystID field, Assign the Analyst.
  • Check the rights you need them to have.
  • Add the Record.
