How to Assign Analyst Rights to Catalogues

  • 1. Log into a Supportworks (full) Client.
  • 2. Go to KnowledgeBase on the Menu Bar at the top.
  • 3. Select Manage KnowledgeBase Catalogues.
  • 4. Highlight the Catalog you need to assign/check rights for.
  • 5. Click on Properties.
  • 6. Click Add.
  • 7.Using the drop down in the AnalystID field, Assign the Analyst.
  • 8.Check the rights you need them to have.
  • 9. Add the Record.
