To activate debug mode from within the Supportworks Client:
1..On the menu bar open Help > About Supportworks 2..Click on the logging tab and Ensure all the boxes are ticked, 3..Click ‘Initialise’ to specify a destination path (usually C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Hornbill\Supportworks Client\swcli7_debug.log)
The client will now be running in debug mode and will generate the log file in the specified path.
