The columns displayed for the Service Desk are listed within the data dictionary.


For example, to amend the columns displayed on the Incident tab of the service desk view, you will need to amend the data dictionary as follows:


Navigate to Administration > Edit Data Dictionary > Global Parameters > Views > Helpdesk View > Top > Incident View


Double click on the Available columns and add the column you wish to display to the list.


Click on OK and Save
