Bank holiday exclusions, how to set these up?

If you have not yet gone live and your SLA's are not yet fully defined the best option to ensure that your SLA holiday exclusions are in place would be to set them from the Holiday Exclusions section on the Default Hours of Business tab on the Supportworks Server Configuration Utility.

 (Start > All Programs > Supportworks Server > Supportworks Server Configuration > Default Hours of Business)
