Available in ITSM 3.4.5 and above

There is a button that says 'BPM Utility' when you go to File > Manage settings > Process Settings and you can use that to export the BPM processes of choice to an XML file from one server and import that XML file onto another server.

Alternatively, you can go to: \Program Files\Hornbill\Core Services\SwSqlServer\data\swdata or if you use MSSQL, you can copy all the tables that start with BPM from one server to another. Take note that a table in MYsql is made of a MYI, MYD and frm file so for each table, copy these three files. Ensure that all Supportworks services are stopped on both servers before carrying out the move.
