The BPM Utility is used to import and export Business Process definitions so that they can be move from one instance of Supportworks to another. The button to launch this utility appears on the Process Settings form, available under the file menu. In order to enable this feature, a System Setting will need to be altered. The System Settings are available from File | Manage Settings | General Settings. Select the tab "System Settings" and locate the setting "BPM.GPDINTEGRATION.ENABLED". This should be set to True. It will then be necessary to Refresh the Data Dictionary before this setting takes effect and the BPM Utility will then be available.
