Call Routing on Logging

In order to move an Incident on logging to a particular group or analyst you would need to carry out the following:

1..Go to File > Manage settings > Process settings > Incident Management 
2..Double click on the Incident > Process stages tab 
3..Double click the relevant stage(usually the first) > On Start tab > 
4..Double click the On Start action and go to the Standard Actions tab. 

Every call that is being logged can have the 'Move To' values set to move them to the required group or analyst upon logging.
