When the progress button is pressed, the following message is displayed "The Supportworks record could not be found. Please contact your System Administrator." and can not be moved on.
If the user is running 7.6.2 the problem may be related to an invalid path that points to a previous version. If so please make the change below and let us know if it corrects the problem.
