How to Assign Analyst Rights to Catalogues

- Log into a Supportworks (full) Client.
- Go to KnowledgeBase on the Menu Bar at the top.
- Select Manage KnowledgeBase Catalogues.
- Highlight the Catalog you need to assign/check rights for.
- Click on Properties.
- Click Add.
- Using the drop down in the AnalystID field, Assign the Analyst.
- Check the rights you need them to have.
- Add the Record.
