Supportworks ESP v8.3.1 and Supportworks ESP v7.6.2 Service Pack 4 I am delighted to announce the General Availability of Supportworks ESP v8.3.1 and Supportworks ESP v7.6.2 Service Pack 4. Both of these releases provide a security enhancement in the form of enabling oAuth2 Authentication for Office365 when using the Internet Mail Connector. The security theme continues amongst the 17 defect fixes in Supportworks ESP v7.6.2 Service Pack 4 with the ability to use TLS 1.2 for communications between the Supportworks Client and the Supportworks Server. Supportworks ESP v8.3.0 and ITSM Enterprise v4.4.0 I am delighted to announce the General Availability of Supportworks ESP v8.3.0 and ITSM Enterprise v4.4.0. Along with a significant set of defect fixes, the Supportworks ESP v8.3.0 release focuses on security and performance improvements which provide a sound platform for your Service Desk. The release also contains many updated components to enhance the longevity of Supportworks ESP by enabling support for future Windows Operating Systems. The ITSM Enterprise v4.4.0 release contains several features to further enhance the flexibility of the application to meet the demands of your Service Desk including layout control within the Supportworks Today page, Authorisation reminders within Business Processes and shopping cart features in the Customer Portal (SelfService). Core Services v7.0.1 I am delighted to announce the General Availability of Core Services v7.0.1, this security release provides the latest versions of the components within Core Services, specifically Apache 2.4, PHP v7.3 and MariaDB v10.3. These updated components further demonstrate our capability to deliver enhanced levels of security and capabilities within the Supportworks suite. Supportworks ESP v8.2.2 We are delighted to announce the General Availability of Supportworks ESP v8.2.2. As well as a number of defect fixes, this provides the ability to communicate with mail servers that are encrypted with TLS v1.2.

Supportworks ESP v8.2.1 and ITSM Enterprise v4.2.3 We are delighted to announce the General Availability of both Supportworks ESP v8.2.1 and ITSM Enterprise v4.2.3. These are maintenance releases, although Supportworks ESP v8.2.1 also provides the option to forward or reply to emails which are stored as call attachments.
