How to Assign Analyst Rights to Catalogues

1. Log into a Supportworks (full) Client.
2. Go to KnowledgeBase on the Menu Bar at the top.
3. Select Manage KnowledgeBase Catalogues.
4. Highlight the Catalog you need to assign/check rights for.
5. Click on Properties.
6. Click Add.
7. Using the drop down in the AnalystID field, Assign the Analyst.
8. Check the rights you need them to have.
9 Add the Record.
