I am delighted to announce the General Availability of Supportworks ESP v8.3.0 and ITSM Enterprise v4.4.0.  
I am delighted to announce the General Availability of Supportworks ESP v8.3.1 and Supportworks ESP v7.6.2 Service Pack 4.  


Both of these releases provide a security enhancement in the form of enabling oAuth2 Authentication for Office365 when using the Internet Mail Connector. The security theme continues amongst the 17 defect fixes in Supportworks ESP v7.6.2 Service Pack 4 with the ability to use TLS 1.2 for communications between the Supportworks Client and the Supportworks Server.


Along with a significant set of defect fixes, the '''Supportworks ESP v8.3.0''' release focuses on security and performance improvements which provide a sound platform for your Service Desk. The release also contains many updated components to enhance the longevity of Supportworks ESP by enabling support for future Windows Operating Systems.
