Core Services v7.0.0, Supportworks ESP v8.2.3 and ITSM Enterprise v4.3.0 I am delighted to announce the General Availability of Core Services v7.0.0, Supportworks ESP v8.2.3 and ITSM Enterprise v4.3.0. Supportworks ESP v8.2.2 We are delighted to announce the General Availability of Supportworks ESP v8.2.2. As well as a number of defect fixes, this provides the ability to communicate with mail servers that are encrypted with TLS v1.2.

Supportworks ESP v8.2.1 and ITSM Enterprise v4.2.3 We are delighted to announce the General Availability of both Supportworks ESP v8.2.1 and ITSM Enterprise v4.2.3. These are maintenance releases, although Supportworks ESP v8.2.1 also provides the option to forward or reply to emails which are stored as call attachments.
