On Hold Notifications
From the Help menu in the client choose Supportworks Help and search for 'On Hold notifications'. You could probably do the following to disable it although I would recommend going through the documentation:
1..From Administration - Manage Service Level Agreements there is an 'On Hold Notifications' tab. Remove any notifications from here. 2..From File - Manage Settings - General Settings select the System Settings tab. 3..Find the NOTIFICATION.ON_HOLD setting and set this to false.
