How to Set the Default Mail Origin
They may be a need to change the email address when sending out emails to customers, below are instructions on how to change the email address:
- In the Supportworks client go to the main toolbar at the top.
- Tools > Options and Settings
- Select the Email tab
- Under Settings Go to the Default Mail Origin field
- From the drop down box you can choose the mailbox box you wish to use.
