Supportworks ESP v8.3.0 and ITSM Enterprise v4.4.0 I am delighted to announce the General Availability of Supportworks ESP v8.3.0 and ITSM Enterprise v4.4.0. Along with a significant set of defect fixes, the Supportworks ESP v8.3.0 release focuses on security and performance improvements which provide a sound platform for your Service Desk. The release also contains many updated components to enhance the longevity of Supportworks ESP by enabling support for future Windows Operating Systems. The ITSM Enterprise v4.4.0 release contains several features to further enhance the flexibility of the application to meet the demands of your Service Desk including layout control within the Supportworks Today page, Authorisation reminders within Business Processes and shopping cart features in the Customer Portal (SelfService).
