How to Set the Default Mail Origin

They may be a need to change the email address when sending out emails to customers.


In the Supportworks client go to the main toolbar at the top.


Tools > Options and Settings

Select the Email

Under Settings Go to the Default Mail Origin field

From the drop down box you can choose the mailbox box you wish to use.
