- 1. Log into a Supportworks (full) Client.
- 2. Go to KnowledgeBase on the Menu Bar at the top.
- 3. Select Manage KnowledgeBase Catalogues.
- 4. Highlight the Catalog you need to assign/check rights for.
- 5. Click on Properties.
- 6. Click Add.
- 7.Using the drop down in the AnalystID field, Assign the Analyst.
- 8.Check the rights you need them to have.
- 9. Add the Record.
