Open the Incident form and invoke the Form Designer from the Tools menu on the form. Once you are in the Form Designer you would need to follow these steps:
1. On the right hand side, in Properties window there is a drop down box with all the form object. Please select the tab object that hold all the other (sub)tabs. By default this object is named "TabAssess". Once this is selected, it will highlight the object in the form designer window.
