I am delighted to announce the General Availability of Supportworks ESP v8.3.1 and Supportworks ESP v7.6.2 Service Pack 4.  
I am delighted to announce the General Availability of Core Service v7.0.4.  


Both of these releases provide a security enhancement in the form of enabling oAuth2 Authentication for Office365 when using the Internet Mail Connector. The security theme continues amongst the 17 defect fixes in Supportworks ESP v7.6.2 Service Pack 4 with the ability to use TLS 1.2 for communications between the Supportworks Client and the Supportworks Server.
This security release provides updated versions of the major components within Core Services 7.
